Accepted formats
- Audio: mp3, m4a, wav (up to 2 GB)
- Video: mp4, mov (up to 4 GB) — audio is extracted automatically
Go to Interviews → Upload, attach the file, and link it to a candidate and role. Processing typically completes in 5–10 minutes.
Tip: For multi-speaker recordings, label speakers after upload to dramatically improve scorecard accuracy.
