These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hire-a-Mind, including our website, platform, APIs, integrations, reports, AI-generated insights, and related services. By accessing or using Hire-a-Mind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
About Hire-a-Mind
Hire-a-Mind is an AI-powered interview intelligence platform engineered by Inument. Hire-a-Mind provides interview analysis, structured evaluation, candidate insights, and decision-support tools for recruitment workflows.
Eligibility
You may use Hire-a-Mind only if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have authority to act on behalf of your organization
- Your use complies with applicable laws
Account Registration
Users may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Keep credentials confidential
- Promptly notify us of unauthorized access
Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all data uploaded to Hire-a-Mind, including:
- Candidate information
- Resumes
- Interview recordings
- Transcripts
- Notes
- Evaluations
By using Hire-a-Mind, you grant us a limited right to process such data solely to provide services.
AI Processing & Outputs
Hire-a-Mind uses AI to generate:
- Summaries
- Candidate insights
- Evaluations
- Comparative analysis
- Intelligence reports
These outputs are provided for decision-support purposes only. Final hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the customer. Hire-a-Mind does not guarantee hiring outcomes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Upload unlawful or unauthorized content
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Disrupt security or infrastructure
- Misuse AI outputs
- Access data belonging to other customers
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, models, algorithms, workflows, branding, documentation, reports templates, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Hire-a-Mind and/or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Confidentiality
Hire-a-Mind will treat customer recruitment and candidate data as confidential and will use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect such information.
Subscription, Billing & Payments
Where applicable:
- Subscriptions may be monthly or annual
- Fees are payable in advance
- Unpaid accounts may be suspended
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Pricing may change upon notice.
Beta Features
Certain features may be marked as beta, early access, or preview.
These features may:
- Change
- Be modified
- Be discontinued
without prior notice.
Service Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may affect service.
Third-Party Integrations
Hire-a-Mind may integrate with services such as:
- Microsoft Teams
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- ATS platforms
We are not responsible for third-party services.
Privacy & Data Processing
Use of Hire-a-Mind is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Hire-a-Mind is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire-a-Mind shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Hiring decisions made by customers
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the preceding 12 months.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment
- Security risks
- Legal violations
- Misuse of platform
Customers may terminate according to their subscription agreement.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
