Hire-a-Mind uses role-based access so every teammate sees exactly what they need - nothing more, nothing less.
The four default roles
- Admin - manages billing, integrations, and workspace settings
- Recruiter - opens roles, schedules interviews, reviews candidates
- Hiring manager - defines rubrics and makes hiring decisions
- Interviewer - runs interviews and submits scorecards
Invite teammates from Settings → Team → Invite people. They'll receive an email link that expires in 7 days.
Tip: Use SCIM provisioning on Enterprise plans to sync roles directly from Okta or Azure AD.
