The four default roles

  • Admin β€” manages billing, integrations, and workspace settings
  • Recruiter β€” opens roles, schedules interviews, reviews candidates
  • Hiring manager β€” defines rubrics and makes hiring decisions
  • Interviewer β€” runs interviews and submits scorecards

Invite teammates from Settings β†’ Team β†’ Invite people. They'll receive an email link that expires in 7 days.

Tip: Use SCIM provisioning on Enterprise plans to sync roles directly from Okta or Azure AD.
