Hire-a-Mind uses role-based access so every teammate sees exactly what they need — nothing more, nothing less.

The four default roles

  • Admin — manages billing, integrations, and workspace settings
  • Recruiter — opens roles, schedules interviews, reviews candidates
  • Hiring manager — defines rubrics and makes hiring decisions
  • Interviewer — runs interviews and submits scorecards

Invite teammates from Settings → Team → Invite people. They'll receive an email link that expires in 7 days.

Tip: Use SCIM provisioning on Enterprise plans to sync roles directly from Okta or Azure AD.
