The four default roles
- Admin β manages billing, integrations, and workspace settings
- Recruiter β opens roles, schedules interviews, reviews candidates
- Hiring manager β defines rubrics and makes hiring decisions
- Interviewer β runs interviews and submits scorecards
Invite teammates from Settings β Team β Invite people. They'll receive an email link that expires in 7 days.
Tip: Use SCIM provisioning on Enterprise plans to sync roles directly from Okta or Azure AD.
