A workspace is the home for your team, roles, interviews, and rubrics. Most companies need only one workspace, but enterprises with multiple business units can create separate ones.
Before you begin
Have your company name, logo, and primary hiring region handy. You'll also pick a default interview language.
- Go to Settings β Workspace
- Click Create workspace
- Choose a starter template (Engineering, Sales, Operations)
Tip: You can change your template later β it only seeds your first set of rubrics and scorecards.
Once created, you'll land on the workspace dashboard where you can invite teammates and connect your calendar.
